Jubilee Consulting aims to provide world-class training for its customers. Our approach to training is different to other training organisations because our trainers are also implementation consultants.
Our trainers have in depth experience of working with and implementing all components of the Oracle HCM family. All our trainers spend much of their time working directly on implementation projects and therefore have first hand experience of how the product really works.
Our Approach
We have developed training material based on real life implementations of Oracle HCM. Our courses can be tailored to suit your needs exactly. We aim to provide specialist training activities ranging from instructor-led courses, bespoke courses designed for your specific organisation, through to online interactive training.
Each course is structured to build up knowledge about the Oracle HCM application. We always begin with the basics and make sure our students understand each building block of the course before we move on to more complicated subjects.
Our training material is intended to give students not only a guide to the topics of the course, but also to provide a lasting reference guide. We believe we provide a unique service with online study and reference material avaiable for each course.
